Oh, oops.
And the music from Fallout 3 is pretty awesome.
The score, that is.
Although the radio songs are pretty good, too.

"The more obscure and lesser known the better, but don't let that stop you from recommending the classics either!" Obscure, obscure... wait...

OBSCURE 2

One of the best soundtracks even made, IMO. A string quartet, boy choir, twisted drums and synths. Here's my favourite track: http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=NYq-W31 5_uk&fmt=18

Personally, I'm a huge fan of the "The World Ends With You" soundtrack. The styles range from rap to techno to rock, and it's got something for every mood. The "Guilty Gear" series also has some truly wonderful music. I particularly like "Holy Orders (Be Or Just Be Dead)" from volume 2 of the Guilty Gear Overture OST. If you only get one song, I highly recommend that one.

I'd also like to recommend the soundtrack of the film "Requiem for a Dream", if you don't have it already. It's divided into four sections, one named after each season. Each section is remarkably cohesive, one song flowing beautifully into the next, and the sections fit wonderfully as a whole. <3 I haven't actually seen the movie (a friend loaned me the CD), but the music alone makes me want to see the movie.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but if I come up with anything else, I'll be sure to let you know.

I agree with the previous commenter, "The World Ends with You" soundtrack is great. It's not epic or orchestra, but the moods on some of the songs are really nice.

Howl's Moving Castle (anime) also has a very nice track, a sort of French accordion mixed in with some piano themes, and then an excellent piece called "The Boy Who Accepted the Star." I love that soundtrack to death.

Silent Hill 2!

That shit is epic, scary, sad, happy or powerful.

Don't know if anyone mentioned it already, but I just watched "i, Robot" again and the music's great in that too!

Try Jeremy Soule's work in TES III Morrowind and TES IV Oblivion
And Inon Zur did some pretty good peices for Fallout 3
Can you tell I like Bethesda's games?
