"Heh", is all I could think of when I read that newspost. People hardly get blamed for no reason, even though april fool's was the only day people would've seen that thread as a joke of your own.
I read you are sorry. It's very, VERY hard to forgive you as a community. Lets keep this straight. You stole other people's work. You tagged it as your own and you have entered competitions with work of exceptional quality. I honestly don't know what was yours and what wasn't. This is the lowest you can go. Worst thing is I hadn't ever expected this from... you. People look up to you, man. You should've come clean yourself. I know how lies eventually stack up and hold you pinned, the best thing is to just tell people.
Now that is said, I myself forgive you. I won't forget this incident, but you've been more than kind to anybody who asked you for help and I believe in second changes. Your apologies sound very sincere and I believe you're getting enough hate as it is. I suggest taking some time off from music all together, relax a bit, come to peace with yourself and start writing your own music. I have faith in your compositional and producing skills, Maestro. You should learn to hone them through blood, sweat, tears and hundreds of hours of practice. I, myself, have spent countless hours of work into learning how to produce and I honestly can't even say I'm mediocre. But the dream of being one of the best will only be achieved through your own music. Somebody was bound to find out, anyway.
