Well I guess it wasn't meant to be

So it seems the contest held a few unexpected surprised. As I had predicted contestants began to mobilize their own forces before the contest gave out. I was head to head with one of them before another skyrocketed 200 votes, 30 votes ahead of me and the other guy!

For days battling with this other guy and plotting was one of the most exciting times of my life!

And I have a lot to thank to the NG community. Seriously, without a second's hesitation, over 140 of you came to support my cause. Though I didn't win that contest I can easily say I have no regrets. I gave it my best, and many people came to help. I will never forget this.

To each of those, a heartfelt thank you! I'm not ashamed to say I was moved to tears at such support.

I may seem like a sap, but i'm feeling very sappy right now. The contest is over and at last I can return to giving NG my work. I will forever continue giving NG my work, until I or my passion dies. I hope the former before the latter.

On that note, I will be redoing "A Maestro's Rage". Extending it and refining it. I will keep what I have here as a constant chapter of history that played out on my life, but I will definitely want to make that song more powerful and longer.

Anywho, realize that that puppy is pointing are you too...unless you are actually a computer goblin....you know, the guy who actually is writing everything I type on the internet...fine, w/e.

Too bad you didn't win though! But as you said, no time to mope in the past! Especially since alot of support was shown.

I'll eagerly await this new version of A maestro's rage!...didn't you have a song named "A maestro's Sorrow"...or something like that...or maybe I'm thinking ofthe collab with MMD ^.^, in any case, I will be waiting.

P.S. I just listened to some Metal Visage again today (still on my ipod, but rarely comes up cause I just leave it on shuffel...with alot of songs..), and I think you should remake it or something, or maybe I will...because I love the musical Ideas in it still, and now the fonts you used back then just seem so empty compared to your composition now...I dunno just seems like alot could be added to the song to make it even better! Just a thought.

I really should, but I don't even know if I have the project file for Metal Visage anymore. I'll have to look in the bowels of my computer to see.

I think there was a Maestro's Sorrow. Lol I should mix the two and call it A Maestro's Violent Mood Swing >:(!!!

Damn, I was sure you'd win. Well, I guess there'll be other contests, with prize gadgets that are just as cool as this one's.

And I'm waiting for that remake of "A Maestro's Rage". But don't expect another humongous review this time, I gotta save some finger joints for others, too. ;D

That sucks man, I was confident that you would win! but hey, it aint over. Maybe there will be other contests like that in the future so no worries.
