Over the past couple of months I alongside a close friend and programmer have been developing the foundations for our site Dreamer Dens. The concept behind the site is to provide a center point for artists and producers together to create projects together.

Where the idealist can go to make a dream happen, and the artists can go to get experience vital for the big world and industry of their craft. It's not a secret everybody wants experience, but so few are willing to give it. We are hoping to change that with an environment filled with free tools and services to help artists and producers connect better.

The driving idea behind Dreamer Dens is to never charge the user. Everything will be geared towards providing the platform necessary to start building that portfolio/resume that's going to land you that next sweet gig or start small and working your way up.

Known Issues:
- The site will not accept mp3/movie files right now. They are not displayed either.
- You are allowed 1 upload up to 5 mb. Please feel free to try and break that limit or that upload count. If you do, again, please click the submit bug button and help us fix it quick fast!

The site's design is largely complete, features, functions and the rest are all covered. We are looking to fill one position at the moment though if you are interested please send me an email at selcukbor[at]gmail.com and we will keep your file at record if we feel we will need you later.

Compensation:
There is no pay at the beginning of development. After the site launches with the established revenue programs the programmer will be compensated on a per script completed basis on which the programmer and I will come to agreeable terms upon.

If in the unlikely case that in the first 3 months of the site's launch the collected funds are not generated for you the programmer, I will compensate you in full from my own wallet. If there is concern regarding this a binding document is available for both me and you the programmer to sign with all the details findable here.

What we need from you:
- Good understanding of PHP scripting. Our lead programmer will handle tackling the big features, you will be in charge of developing scripts to compliment them, for example a script to search for users in the database, tags for files.
- Reliable. We need you to steadily move along with us. Though we don't expect you to dedicate 30 hours a week we expect at least 5. If you begin to disappear on us or stop responding we will drop you and find a replacement. You will be informed of this, compensated accordingly and that will be the end of that.
