As some of you may have noticed that the last two songs I submitted were outside my usual scope, and this trend will continue for a while longer. I am determined to pick up as many tricks and tips as I can concerning other genres to better further my understanding of music.

Here is a list of these experiments and why I made them.

He's a Pirate Dance Remix
I made this song to further my knowlede of dance and electronic arts. By definition of dance this song was a failure, symmetry is important in Dance, and the song jumps from 3/4 to 4/4 alot.

Simpler Times
Arbiter had challenged me of sorts to make a tune that wasn't sad/angry epic/noble and I took him up on the offer. Doing something else, it is a much happier vibe then previous works. It is still however epic, so I guess I wasn't COMPLETELY able to pass this one :/

Raw Energy
Designed to be for a FPS game held over at nyran-online.com this is my first DnB/IDM/Industrial beat ever. It holds a lot of tense energies, and breaks out towards the end into a hyper beat. Which is still very much under construction.

Wolf Team
A remix of the song played in the lounge of the game Wolf Team. A brilliant game. The purpose of the remix was to train my own ear on hearing somebodies work and taking it somewhere else, this was done with one hearing. As a result the song was obviously not 100% accurate to the one playing in the lounge, but it was damn close. So this, I consider a success.
Thats it for now. Thank you for your time.

They all suck...hard! >: (

I voted 5 on all...ahh crap! D:<

All your songs are great. But I have already told you this. Keep it up.

Glad to see you're continuing to explore genres! I'll comment:

I've already said plenty about your He's A Pirate remix, so I'll skip that one... :P

Simpler Times - Overall it sounds pretty good, I'd have to say this one was a success, actually... I hear a slight epic feeling, but it's not that much. :) Overall... it's good, and it's a step. :)

Raw Energy - That's a new way to introduce a DnB song, but so far I like what I hear... >:) Those drums are begging to come in! Experiment, maybe it would be good if it comes in sooner. And that piano... easily some of your best in a while. It weaves into and within itself over and over, with dissonance, but it's not too bad. You should have made it a bit louder, so people can really appreciate it! :D As far as the drumming part... XD I've never heard DnB done with orchestral samples before. I'd look for actual DnB drums, for one. :P Once you have them, FX them so they sound original - Fruity Fast Dist, Fruity Blood Overdrive, Fruity Filter, Fruity Parametric EQ 2, and the channel volume, (:P) among lots more, are all good things to use to make your samples more original. I don't want to say much else, though... there are people who know DnB like the back of their hand, and I'm not one of them. :P

Wolf Team - I like this one! :) Nothing specific that I like, really, but overall it's good. You're using the snare, which is new, coming from you. I wouldn't keep the snare rolls going for so long, though, unless it's a buildup of some kind. ;) Indeed a success.

That's about it for now, so looking forward to whatever it is you submit next. I'm wondering where Raw Energy will go... :P
