O_O

I would definately want you to record the rest! I love this song, and your guitar gives it a fury filled core, not something I usually relate to with this particular song. I feel your organ should be louder, some booming bells.

Especially with your guitar!

Maybe some other instruments, like the violin for some high screeching action.

There were some parts that cut out for me, there was a part of the song where the right earphone just stopped making sound, and this happens at the same spot in the song, so I assume it's not from my end.

Anyways, do record the rest, and pm me when it's up, I would like to hear it ^^.

I would like you to listen to my pieces sometime, I am sure you will find them enjoyable at the least. Thanks for your time.

The-Eastern-Front responds:

ive recorded the part over with my new v-amp, and the tom\ne is miles better, i fixed the earphone side losing sound conundrum, if only i had the organ for the rest of the song *looks appealingly at people in the audio forum*
thanks for the review

Hello fellow Fruity Studio's user :D

It's been a while since I used Sytrus so let me see if my guess is right.

A sliding Eurogate Sytrus synth for the main leads, not sure about the background sound. pad?

Anyways, the panda in my head wasn't dancing, he really sounded a tad more violent with this piece >:(

Some ideas. Diversify the piece with melodies on top of what you have, perhaps different eurogate synths layered on top of each other, just to give different sounds.

Still, good effort, keep them coming, you'll go where you want to if you just keep making them!

Father-of-Death responds:

lol i used no eurogate stuff i used alot of saws. thnx dude for the review!

sorry about the panda being angry i didn't feed him this morning.

Neat

Ignore that fool. He's an idiot.

I thought the song was pretty neat, it started off pretty damn scary, and then you brought in that percussional work. I didn't think that was the greatest move, I kinda liked being scared by the ambiant beginning O_O!

Anyways, never give up man, keep pushing and pushing, you'll get to where you want to go if you just keep at it. 5/5 from me to show my support. Keep them coming.

KillaJo responds:

Thx man. It really means alot to me that at least one person thinks my music is cool. Thx for the review.

This loops incrediblly well Diabolo-ical, and the sounds are pretty realistic, but I would recommend getting some better samples for your strings. I feel if the strings were upped in quality, the power of this song would be much more powerful.

Some ideas that come to mind. Bells. I think bells are a must have to any battle scene. Bells of damnation, of corruption, and desctruction! EVERYTHING MUST DIE :O!

Sorry. Got carried away.

Anyways, the timpini work is impressive, a bit loud in my opinion, and I think you should reverb them a bit more, and lower their volumes a tad so that its more a thumping, then a whamming sound if you know what I mean.

Other then that, pretty damn fine. 5/5 from me Diabolo-ical. I have a war theme up as well, i'd like you to listen to it some time ^^.

Hmmm, this is as funky as it gets ladies and gentlemen.

I totally had this playing on my speakers while I watched the clouds go lazily by. I've always wondered how you got the patience to put so many interesting and strange sound effects in your work. It's almost like a blender put into your head with all the sounds you can think of, BUT, it comes out pretty good instead of high and low frequency blips and blops.

I can't believe I havn't reviewed this to date. Anyways, I wanted to drop my support and review, as always i've found your songs quite impressive.

SO 5/5 from me. I'll try to find faults in your other pieces, in this one, I just don't want to :D.

Neat

Not bad at all, real guitar I believe. You've got some skill, but there are seconds of hesitation and a few times where I think you played the wrong notes.

You have a ways to go, but you're off to a good start. Keep them coming :D.

Ltblackshadow responds:

Yup Yup a real guitar! :D Lol yeh I know I was messin up cause I was in kinda a rush :/ But yeh Im practicin and doin some wierd stuff... So yeh thank for the review.

Woh...

Don't pay attention to that freak, he's been spamming everything and everywhere. So i'll give you a review to replace his.

I liked the speed of this song, the energy in its core was quite substential. That breakdown was literally just that, it LITERALLY broke down with those sfx, it gave me a good laugh.

The build up with that strange synth, was quite something else, after that buildup though, I felt that it was WAY too random. Sounds just bouncing left and right, I really didn't think that part was needed. But I suppose that is what pyschedelic music is, forgive me if I sound ignorant, I don't listen to nearly as much as I should for this kind of track.

Still, very well mastered and everything. Another 5/5 from me Spiked_Fox. It loops pretty damn well too. Keep them coming!

Spiked-Fox responds:

Actually, that freak made me laugh XD but anyway. Psychedelic music doesn't rhyme with randomness. I just like to include unexpected events in my stuff. Actually, in that random part, there is only ONE faint sound that keeps the beat. If you wanna hear a good sample of psychedellic, listen to Back to Mad from Texas Faggott. :)

Damn fine

Not bad at all, great synth work, they all seem to flow exceptionally well, and I havn't heard these types of synth sounds before, neat.

Did you by any chance use a very severaly effected vox? It sounds like one of them is a vox, but you threw so many effects on it, it sounds so strange XD. Good strange, not bad strange.

Melodic wise the song is quite fine. I enjoyed the beginning and middle most, I felt that was the most melodic part (As they are essentially the same).

Still great use of sfx, everything properly mastered and everything. Also i'd like to add I was quite intrigued by the percussional aspects you used. I didn't see them coming in any form of Trance at all.

The end was a tad repetitive, but it was a good way to end the song. Fully a 5/5 from me Spiked_Fox. I would like you to check out some of my stuff sometime. Good stuff, keep them coming.

Spiked-Fox responds:

I wanted to try something new indeed, something that we don't hear everyday in trance music. :) Yeah i know it gets repetitive at the end, but I had no idea on how to end it so I just deceided to come back with a lightly different form of the beginning.

Neat

My first question, why did ou call it Love park? O_o?

Oh well. I felt that the percussional aspects sounded a bit bland, I don't mean the structure of it, I mean it sounds filtered or something, and that removes the raw power that most DnB songs possess. I liked the panned saw sounds, that was a neat addition.

Lets see.

Other then the filtered sounds, I don't really have much to say. I would also suggest adding some form of pad in the background to fill up the empty feeling I feel the song has.

Other then that great song. 4/5 from me, but i'm hitting 5 because I don't believe it should score so low.

Good stuff Screamer05, check out some of my stuff sometime ^^. Thank you.

C3NTAURI0N responds:

I see that you really REALLY like claps. A little more then is normal O_o.

But anyways, here's a few suggestions. First off everything DSMagnum said is correct, but i'll add on top of that.

Since I know you use FL Studio, you should reverb those claps. Press f9 to bring up the mixer window, and add Reverb preset 4 (cathedral). Trust me you will enjoy the feel it will have on your claps.

I'd like you to listen to some of my tracks, they are all heavily reverbed, you will see what I mean.

Keep them coming PHOENIXtrunks, lay off the claps a tad bit, add more diversity to your percussional works, it will do you a world of good ;).

PHOENIXtrunks responds:

thanks...I was going for something a bit more "standard" I guess...well, I do like the claps, and I know I have to lay off them a bit...but I don't use FL studio...I use ACID...I just imported all the FL sounds into ACID...thanks for the help! I'll go check your stuff out! :D

I consider this account an important chapter in my life
