[Boss at Cathedral]

Neat

This reminds me of that classical song... jees I wish I knew the name.

It was used in Naruto, as the theme for Orichimaru, you may or may not have heard it. Thats not to say that the song is that song, it's quite pleasently diverse and different, it was just the beginning that reminded me of that.

Going onto the rest of the song.

The percussion to be honest, I didn't think at first it would work, but you've proven me wrong here.

The song loops wonderfully.

I enjoyed the quieter part, with the percussion taking it on themselves with the bass strings. A good contrast to the melodic segments. The high choir introduction during that part was also well carried out.

It was great work Ludzix. I feel that with some better samples, you could really make something powerful here. I hear a good deal of potential in the piece.

In any case, you get my 5, and nod of manly approval. Keep up the good fight and keep them coming! I would like to invite you to check out my work sometime!

Yay, thx ^^ I'm not using too many instruments, I've got only 256MB RAM - I'm going to buy more in this month.
The song is looping because I made it for a game, originally it was in ogg format but I encoded it to post here XD

I love this beat!

I don't know what the original sounds like, but frankly I don't much care at this point. This was pretty damn well done.

I loved the arrangement of synths in this piece, everything seems to work so well. Quite a bit of diversity too.

That lower bass saw? synth didn't alter in melodic line at all, but it worked for every segment that the song presented, rather impressive.

I felt the song lacked some diversity, it didn't seem to be going too many places, but for what is there, it is truly impressive!

I especially enjoyed near the end, with that high pad layered on top of the melody!

Good way to end it.

The strings in my opinion were a tad too high pitched, but it got the screaming of pain imagery across right away. I still feel though that they were slightly overpowering the other instruments.

The deep chords support the song well.

Ended so soon...

I loved it when the strings and choirs went at it, really that was awesome.

Nice reverbed, deep piano.

My only qualm with this piece was the high violins, other then that, a sweet, sorrow filled piece.

I am still going to make "Make the Rain Stop" one day Setu ;). Because I believe "Make It Rain" was your first hit here in our cosy Newgrounds.

Impressive!

This was EQUAL YES!

That heart beat like delayed kick at the beginning was PHENOMENAL for the effect it gave the piece. It set up the mood right away!

That orchestra hit? like sound with that punishing drums were very ideal!

I didn't quite like how you had the drums panned in so many ways, I guess it would be damn cool on surround sound, but with earphones, they got a tad tiring. Overdone I believe.

I love when it broke down and hit that quiet period, with just that heart beat.

There were some screeching sounds? Nice sound effect use btw.

This was some serious goodness. I would have liked to hear some more diversity with the beat, but it was gloriously dark, and that was gloriously win! Easily a 5/5 from me TheAmatuerAnimator, keep up the good fight, keep them coming!

I know what you mean with the drums--I think I should have panned them less, make it almost imperceptible--then it would give the listener a little "easter egg."

[Game Remix - Jurassic Park]

Neat

This is a pretty damn slick beat! I think I know which game you're talking about. Was it the one where you can either be human or dinosaur, if you were a dinosaur you'd eat the humans for health, if you were human... well... you'd shoot and try not to die?

In any case, the beat is nice, solid, and I like your arrangement of them!

You're thinking of the Genesis version of the game (the superior one, to boot). The NES one was a forgettable top-down shooter. But that theme always stuck in my head.

And if you listen carefully, I mixed in the opening theme from the movie score at the beginning and end of the remix. I'll check out your stuff too!

A neat idea you have going on here, you have a rather neat melody line.

I like it better when the flute is playing with the strings over the piano, I felt the piano kind of disrupted the song's flow, but with the strings, it worked marvelously.

I would recommend for the piano to be playing much deeper lower chords, or even just a constant note, to bring about more sadness.

When you mention king, I get the feeling of a sad epic, and epics use a good deal of french horns and strings. Of course I understand that you are a beginner in Fruity Loops, and it took me a good while to get good at it, this piece reminds me of my early works.

I hear some good potential in you Brandon, keep up the good fight and keep them coming! I'd like to invite you to check out my work sometime!

Actually, I don't have a band. All of this was virtual instruments. I step-recorded every part to this song (including drums), and spent at least 2 to 3 hours EQing everything just the way I wanted it.

Many several good points were brought up, it has a very retro, neat feel to it. I didn't quite see Sonic, but I saw... like... Tetris.

Don't ask why, but I did :D

quite a strange mix of sounds for sure. Glitchy, happy, and segments of more serious tones.

In any case, it WAS a rather interesting piece attempted. Keep em coming!

Your songs are going to make me all depressed, and paranoid. This one sounds like some crazy zombie is consuming and in the background, a choir of demons are singing this song, which I guess was pointed out to be a beatles song.

I love this version more though, far more... entertaining >:}

I honestly cant believe i scared you with these. And as for where i got all the sounds from..... I made them all myself. :) I am probably most prod of this song as it is almost completely mine. (except the Beatles)And if there are birds in the background i didn't put them there :D
